Pre-Healing Instructions
Below is a concise, organized summary of your pre‑healing and pre‑sedation instructions for your dental appointment.
-
Check‑in: Front office greets you; if you have a driver, they’ll collect the driver’s contact info.
Pre‑op with assistants: Vitals are taken and your questions are answered before the procedure.
Tooth removal: You may feel pressure and hear noises, but the team will keep you comfortable.
Implant placement methods: Your doctor may place the implant using one of three approaches:
Freehand (traditional manual placement)
Yomi (robot‑assisted guidance)
X‑Guide (real‑time 3D navigation)
End of visit: If you were sedated, your driver is brought back, given post‑op instructions, and you’re wheeled to the vehicle.
Healing at home: Follow all pre‑ and intra‑appointment instructions; prioritize rest and whole foods to support optimal healing.
